I am keeping my reviewing narrowly focused on the Young Adult and Historical Fiction genres – the ideal submission would combine both!

I only review books that I’ve purchased, borrowed or have been given as a review copy. I don’t accept payment for reviews. Paper copies preferred but electronic accepted.

I’ll keep my criticism confined to the book and my perception of its strengths or flaws. No ad hominem here.

My ratings are as follows:

5 stars – you are the next Joseph Heller

4 stars – really enjoyed it, highly recommended

3 stars – not without merit, failed to light any fires in me though

2 stars – flawed/ bored

1 star – you are the next Zoe Heller, IMHO
